5-Year No-Hassle Product and Service Warranty in Addition to Each Manufacturer’s Warranty.
The Integrity Blinds & Shutters 5-Year No-Hassle Warranty is an expression of our desire to provide a thoroughly satisfying experience when selecting, purchasing, and living with your window fashion products.
Most of our manufacturers also offer limited lifetime warranties. Our 5-year warranty covers any original defect in the product or material, including all internal mechanisms, motorization components, or brackets. We will either fix the problem on-site or send it back to the manufacturer with no service costs incurred to the customer.

Exceptions:
This warranty does not cover any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, fading, and failure to follow instructions for measurement, self-installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
