About Integrity

A high school dropout turned successful business owner, Jeff Brannon has grown Integrity Blinds & Shutters from a small local shop into a thriving regional company. Serving both residential and commercial clients across North and South Carolina, Integrity continues to grow by staying innovative, adaptable, and committed to delivering professional service—with integrity at the heart of everything they do.

From a VW Rabbit to a Fleet of Window Treatment Installers and a Team of Customer-First Employees

Jeff grew up in Whitney, South Carolina, raised by his hardworking mother alongside his sister. With no father figure and surrounded by negative influences, he fell into addiction at a young age and eventually dropped out of school. By 16, he was a 7th-grade dropout working as a dishwasher. But in 1987, a turning point came when he was offered a job installing blinds and met a mentor who became a guiding force in his life. Jeff credits his transformation to God’s grace and the encouragement of that mentor, saying, “Opportunity and preparedness met—I was ready to change.”

Less than a year after starting to work for his roommate, Jeff struck out on his own and formed Brannon Installation Service.  He installed blinds and drapes, working out of a small VW Rabbit, never knowing his new endeavor would develop into a long-term career and the successful business it is today. Jeff’s journey of personal growth began when he assumed responsibility for his poor decisions and started focusing on his business and providing for his wife, Ann, and their four children.

Since that low time, Jeff and his team have taken the business from a “mom and pop” organization to a thriving enterprise. The name has changed four times over its 35+ year history, but Jeff settled on Integrity Blinds & Shutters in 2013, because it reflected the beliefs he desired to embody to his customers and employees.

Although its roots began in the residential market, Integrity now has a commercial-division and has become a leader in that sector as well. Integrity primarily serves the Upstate of South Carolina and Western North Carolina. Occasionally they travel to other states to serve existing customers with their second homes. Jeff has always considered it quite a compliment that his clientele feel comfortable and confident enough in Integrity’s work that they want his team involved in their other projects. “They know we care and will do whatever it takes to make their project a success!”

Today, with a dedicated team of customer-first employees and a strong commitment to satisfaction, Integrity Blinds & Shutters has proudly served thousands of customers across the Upstate and Western North Carolina. Backed by over 350 five-star Google reviews and a reputation as an industry leader, Integrity has become a trusted local partner for homeowners and businesses alike—delivering quality, reliability, and the kind of service that stands the test of time.
